OUR FACILITY
Most cosmetic surgery procedures are performed at Dr. Greenberg's free-standing,
state-of-the-art, office surgical center in Woodbury. The clinic's main facility includes
fully-equipped and accredited operating rooms, complete anesthesia care, individual
preparation and recovery rooms, aesthetic suites, post-operative massage therapy, and
on-site surgical and cosmetic laser services.Operative procedures requiring overnight or
in-patient care are performed at one of the several hospitals or out-patient operating
facilities where Dr. Greenberg has full surgical privileges.
YOUR CONSULTATION
Prior to your first appointment in our office, you will be asked to complete a medical
health questionnaire. We maintain strict confidentiality of the information contained in
your medical record. To assure this confidentiality, information contained in your medical
record will not be released to anyone without your permission. When considering aesthetic
surgery, an initial consultation with Dr. Stephen Greenberg is the first step. Your
expectations about the surgery, questions you may have and desired results are discussed.
The consultation is an essential part of the surgical evaluation and listening to our
patients' needs plays an important part in the success of the surgery. Time will be set
aside for an adequate evaluation of your goals, perceptions, and expectations and the
doctor will discuss your surgical options. Typically, you may want to know how long the
procedure will take, where it will be done, what kind of anesthesia will be used, how long
before you can go home, when you will be able to resume your normal lifestyle, the cost of
the surgery and financial arrangements. All of these concerns will be addressed during
your consultation.
